New Era for Arsenio: Launch of SOMMO Lab.

We are on a mission of fusing gastronomy and health as we work to achieve highest quality of ORA extra virgin olive oil: not only at the flavor level, but also at the core of its chemical composition.

SOMMO Lab, launching in 2022 in the heart of Tuscany, will work to understand how the variety of olive as well as the progress of fruit development influences the phenolic composition at transcriptional level. Our goal is to show why ORA oil is special at every aspect of health.
