Blossom by blossom spring is upon us. Here in Tuscany we have been enjoying a run of beautiful days and chilly nights. Frosty mornings can hardly be reconciled with the midday warmth. The mimosa trees are still in flower and are bright splashes of yellow in our view.
In this time of relative quiet in the grove we have been working hard on a new series of posts about olive oil which we will release in three parts over the coming weeks.
