Rather like an Italian matriarch who plans dinner while eating lunch, here at Arsenio food is always on our mind. This obsession can be playful and is clearly a source of pleasure and well-being but it is also a serious and integral part of our identity.

Naturally we are committed to exploring the best pairings for our Extra Virgin Olive Oils in order to exalt flavor profiles and enhance enjoyment. We are also always ready to taste food from other small companies like ourselves, and to learn as much as we can about processes, seasonality and end-products.
They say that there is no such thing as a bad meal in Italy, but we are always on the look-out for true excellence in ingredients and in products. So of course we will be going to Cibus 2022 in Parma next week. This is the go-to show for Italian agri-food i.e. food produced by farming. It takes place every two years but due to the pandemic has not been held since 2018. We will be posting more about this incredible event and will report back with our discoveries and thoughts.
